Refund Policy

Blessing Packs

A Blessing Pack adds money to your Blesser balance so you can bless bills. Because that balance exists only to bless others, it cannot be withdrawn or cashed out, and Blessing Packs are not refundable once credited, except in the cases below.

When we will refund you

• Charged but not credited: your payment went through but the pack was never added to your balance, and we can't add it.
• Charged twice: you were charged more than once for the same pack.
• Unauthorised payment: someone used your card or account without permission, and you report it to us within 7 days. We may ask for proof and close the affected account.
• Our mistake: a technical fault on our side charged you the wrong amount.
• Where the law requires it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, minus any charges the payment provider does not return to us, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Crypto payments are refunded in Naira value to a wallet you confirm, or as balance where that isn't possible.

Blessings

A blessing is a gift and is final once given. We cannot reverse a blessing because you changed your mind.

The one exception: if we find that a bill was fake or fraudulent before its money is paid out to the Biller, we return the blessings to the Blessers' balances. If the money has already been paid out, we will do what we reasonably can, including reporting the fraud, but we can't guarantee recovery.

Billers

Blessings received belong to the Biller once they are paid out. If a withdrawal fails because of wrong bank details, the money returns to your Biller balance so you can fix your details and try again.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the email on your account, the date and amount of the payment, and its reference from your receipt or bank. We reply within 3 working days. If you also open a dispute with your bank, please tell us so we don't refund you twice.
